We sold and bought a property through Bradley's Sidmouth; in both instances they were extremely professional. From our initial valuation to the day we moved into our new one Bradley's were there all the way! We found all the staff we dealt with to be efficient, polite and helpful. Simple things like always answering the phone and calling when they say they will, and chasing things up before you actually have to ask, go a long way to avoiding as much stress as possible. The staff made a real effort to build a good relationship with us. In particular we found Julie Malec excellent in both the way she showed our house to potential buyers and in the way she was so well informed about properties and the area when she showed us houses. We would use Bradley's again without hesitation.
Our move was not straight forward and involved 6 months in rented in between , but Bradley's did not just forget about us after they ' d sold our home. We then bought a property they had just taken on as they had such a good understanding of outer requirements.
