Avoid this company at all costs. Been a tenant for 3 years and have finally got the chance to move out. House is in a disgusting state and let it nor the landlords care. We waited 15 months just to get a smoke alarm mains fitted which is in breach f the Housing Scotland act 2006, and then waited a further 3 months for a second one to be fitted as you must have one on each floor. We have had mice in the property 3 times coming through the (condemned) fireplace which they won't sort. The kitchen is falling apart as its so old. The boiler breaks every 3 months as its over 20 years olds d. British Gas have personally phoned the landlord and told them it needs replaced. They have had to turn down the thermostat on the boiler so it doesn't blow up so there is no hot water it's mildly warm. We were also promised a new shed which never happened. Waited 15 months on a new bedroom carpet as ours was so old it was worn through and they didn't fit it told us to do it ourselves. I could go on! They always know about any problems we have and don't sort them. Theu dont reply to emails, The only reason we got a smoke alarm fitted was because I wrote on their public Facebook page. We put our notice in 4 days ago and they have already arranged other people to view the house so they obviously don't care. Avoid!!
