Bought and sold houses many times in my life but have to say, this last episode was the worst ever. This biggest complaint is that they just don't call or return calls giving me the impression that they just don't care - we are just a number to them not a client. Phil Lane is very false and transparent, no sincerity or genuine interest in our complaint. I am sure they sell houses like most agents do but there is a way to make it easier and for people to use you again and I am afraid, they haven't found out what that is. Would not use them again.
