We availed ourselves of an excellent "joint sole agency" contract with Mansbridge & Balment when our attempt to sell using an online agent did not deliver the desired result.

Kevin (with whom we have sold before) was professional, friendly and well informed and true to his word had our property live online within 24 hours.

Chris became involved to handle the day to day running of our sale, and he was friendly, committed, polite, professional and clearly becomes personally invested in all the clients with whom he works. For someone in the early years of his career, he demonstrates huge potential and looks to have a rosy career path before him.

Mansbridge & Balment delivered a good number of quality viewings - although not as many as were anticipated - but then, it only takes one! We marketed our property with them at the beginning of April. Received an offer during June and completed by the end of August. Our chain was of a reasonable size, but due to some complexities at one particular point, it became quite taxing! Ann Hall in sales progression was wonderful at keeping on the case and she had quite a good few challenges to deal with.

So, do we recommend Mansbridge & Balment - we certainly do! If you are looking for a professional, committed team who will give you honest advice and marketing, then you need look no further. Do they sell houses - well they sold ours and they are one of the most succesful agents in Plymouth. Certainly, if you are selling in the PL6 area, you should look no-where else.
