We met Sarah when we view the property, Whilst showing us around Sarah answered all our Questions,and was very knowledgeable about the area.
We had an appointment to view another house after the weekend, Sarah managed to show us the other house on the same day so that we couldn't have a think about booth houses over the weekend, Which made it easier for us to to choose our home,
Sarah always has time to talk if we phoned or popped always kept us informed at each stage, I have already recommended Bradleys to my partner's and my Family and a couple of my friends and 1 of my friends has been into bradleys yesterday to see what properties are available. Wewill always be using Bradley's in the future and we are also very glad that Bradley's are managing our property.
A big thank you Sarah from the both of us .

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). Complaints Procedure

1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.

2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.

3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.

4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
