We were looking to purchase a property in the Rochdale area and while we had a few viewing through looking online, we never were overly impressed with what we saw. We decided to beat the street and visit all the local estate agents in person to see if we could find the right property for us. Our experience varied wildly, from people just giving you a load of ring binders with houses in to people who actually spent time talking to you and trying to understand our requirements. This understanding is exactly the experience we had with Ryder and Dutton, Stuart took his time to talk to us about properties that might fit us and proceeded to call each vendor while we were in the office to book viewings. This time and dedication continued into the 2nd viewing process and finally into the offer and purchase process (with Paul). They are always available and happy to help, they are pro-active (which i have found very rare in estate agents) and will work for you as a buyer as well as the vendor. They helped to recommend a conveyancing solicitor who again was excellent as we as giving other advice around trying to sell our old home. We have been that impressed by Ryder and Dutton that we have decided to use them as a letting agent for our old home, as our estate agents failed to sell this in the time we needed the sale to go through by. My past experience with Estate agents have been extremely poor, but these guys have changed this perception. Thanks for all your help and assistance in our purchase.
