All the team at Okehampton have been very supportive throughout the purchasing process which has had its' moments. We were on a deadline to exchange and this, for one reason or another, was breached however Nic kept things together prompted where necessary. The end result was a late exchange but completion on schedule. All phone enquiries at fraught times were handled well by whomsoever answered and the responses, if not immediately available, were phoned back without delay. In all, an excellent service, calming at a time when stress levels are high.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.
