I first saw the house in November of last year, when I had a prospective buyer for my house, but they had a house to sell. Bradleys kept in touch but didn't hassle me. Eventually I gave up on that buyer, reduced my price and found another buyer, but the sale was far from straightforward, and the solicitors (mine and the buyers') managed to make it horrendously complicated. Meanwhile, Bradleys kept in touch, and once we instructed solicitors on the purchase, they kept their faith with me, even though we landed up with the nightmare of exchanging and completing on the same day on both my sale and my purchase. Bradleys helped me by putting me in touch with a structural surveyor and mortgage broker, and I felt in very safe hands all the way through. Thank you Sarah, Nick and Tom.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). Complaints Procedure

1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.

2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.

3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.

4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
