Simon Goldin was our main contact, however everyone in the office was extremely responsive and helpful. We never needed to chase Goldin Lemcke re issues relating to our purchase. They kept us fully informed about conversations they were having with the seller and seller's solicitor and whether there was anything we needed to chase our solicitor for to help things move along quickly. Someone was always there to answer the phone and if you left a message they would respond quickly. Furthermore, when we moved into the property ( which had previously been tenanted) we couldn't get the hot water working as no manuals had been left. The seller couldn't help as he hadn't lived in the property for a long while and there had been no issues when the tenants were in there. So Lee from Goldin Lemcke came round himself, downloading the manuals for us and doing all he could to help and was able to work out the problem. Because of the type of system it was, it did need a specialist plumber in the end. However we were so grateful for all the time and effort he put in so we didn't need to pay a plumber for no reason.
I would highly recommend Goldin Lemcke and would definitely use them again if I was to buy or sell a property around this area.
