Absolutely abysmal service. Unfortunately only call when they want something, had to chase a number of times in order to gain a response. To give the benefit of the doubt, re-let a property through them, however unfortunately disappointing service again, had to push for a contract to be drawn up pre-holidays and again had to ask for the invoice (!) in the end had to withhold payment to gain some kind of response. In addition, no handover done internally when a colleague was out of the office or on holidays - resulting in us having to brief an agent from the same company on the status of the letting! Very let down from a local non-London agent. Would really recommend going elsewhere for better service and guidance.
What agent could do to change your mind?
responded to requests in a timely manner... or at all! Given continuity of service when an agent was on vacation or out of office, rather than us having to explain everything over again to another agent in the same company.Attached Filesnbsp;
