Having only ever had bad experiences with estate agents in the past I was not looking forward to dealing with another company and anticipated that they wouldn't be very helpful at all and would make moving even harder than it already is.
Edward Mellor however, and in particular Lucy Davies, have been absolutely fantastic and I can't thank them enough for everything they have done. I only had a week to not only find a property but get the process completed so that I could move in. Once I had found a property, Lucy gave me daily updates on how everything was going and made it so that I could move in on the day that I needed to. Since moving in there have been a couple of maintenance issues that have needed addressing and Lucy has been great at keeping in touch with me to see that these are getting sorted, even calling me instead of me contacting her.
Overall I have been so impressed and relieved to have finally found an estate agents that know how to do their job and who actually care about the tenants. A huge 'Thank You' to Lucy and the team!
