I rented out the above mentioned property for a few years wand have just recently decided to sell it. I have lived aboard throughout the process and Taylor Cole were able to find me a tenant within days of the property being up for rent, they provided timely and honest feedback on the potential tenant and helped both parties come to agreement financially all whilst I was out of the country. During all the years I rented out this property Taylor Cole managed any issues on the property (broken fence, window issues etc) quickly and efficiently and normally provided more than one quote. They were flexible and sensitive to my circumstances (living abroad) and aloud for any costs from the repair to be taken from next month's rent to save me sending money overseas which was a massive help. I have now decided to sell the property and the process of the tenant leaving has been faultless. I would certainly recommend Taylor Cole and use them in the future.
