Can not rate highly enough. Excellent service throughout. This is the second property we have sold with Kerr and Co.
Property sold for asking price within days of being on the market. The team went over and above the call of duty to help push through to completion when faced with numerous challenges!
Excellent in bridging communications between solicitors - always being proactive and driving the deal to completion.
Very friendly and approachable team and incredibly knowledgeable on local market, planning consents, building regs etc. Could not ask for more.
