Rebecca is my primary contact at Mellors and over the last few months our old tenant did a bunk and Rebecca has helped manage that process, refurb the house, get a new tenant, oversee the work around a break in to the empty property, and get the new tenants in. Everyone at mellors always seems v v busy but Lucy is polite and effie ident and gets the job done, which is exactly what I need.
