It has become clear to me that you guys value the landlords and prospective buyers of their properties more than any of their tenants. Absolutely awful service, if you're thinking of renting then I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. These guys really quick to shirk off any responsibility from them and blame tenant
If you call someone bully in your office, how could you expect to get more business and even your customer's heart?
Also one my friend who working with them. These guys charged him ‚£45 for a reference after he had moved out. Surely this should be free. What a scam. He also had trouble getting his deposit back.
