We have been experience blocked drains since we moved into the property. The plumber that attended the very first block made us aware that this was an existing problem that was already known about prior to us moving in.sewage and water run from the garage and onto the drive. You can't walk up the drive without fear on contamination. Since we moved in in beginning of 2015 the drains have blocked 4 time. It was clear from the plumbers report that the drains are breaking down since the plumber removed large amounts of stone and rubble. We got a bill for 480 pounds for the work done to unblock it. We have had to pay a plumber to fo the work ourselves on one occasion through desperation after several calls and emails asking for the drains to be sorted. Roger marsh are rude, the have ZERO customer service skills and as long as they have your rent in the pocket, you fend for yourself. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS LOT, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
