Rebecca helped to resolve a rent backlog problem for me. I thought she struck the right balance of understanding / assertiveness, and achieved a first rate resolution with the tenant remaining in place and the rent backlog cleared.
Throughout she kept me informed with her progress and confirmed with me what action to take. this has been the first time I've dealt with Rebecca and on the basis of this experience I look forward to doing so again in the future.
