We had our house on the market with them for 4 years we found them to be not very helpful in advising us on the best way to sell our house.
We have decided to try a different agent and notified Ryder and Dutton of this. We asked for the sale board to be removed ASAP, which they did by sending a Guy with a large crowbar to jimmy it off the wall taking a lot of the brick pointing with it!!!!!
Phoned to complain and was informed it was not them that's to blame, but the sign company they use. I think you should take responsibility and say that little word SORRYr
Will not be using your services again.
