Absolutley horrible experience! The agent was very eager and responsive before they received their fee following which they were impossible to contact and just ignored our e-mails! And it took them 4months to return our deposit, eventhough we used their recommended inventory company (with fees agiain) who gave the 'all clear' 2 days after we moved out.

I would definitley would stay well away from this agency!
What agent could do to change your mind?
