Very professional and timely in arranging valuation and organising marketing literature. Good communication with regards updates on viewings and prospective tenants. Only in our second month and first time landlord but so far so good.
Comment on agent fees
A significant chunk of the rental income (12%), however this appears to be the market standard and being remote, hopefully will come into its own should there be any issues.
