I have just completed on a flat that I bought with Goldin Lemcke. My partner and I saw a few different flats with the agency before we chose this flat, and found all the agents were friendly, helpful and very knowledgable.
They definitely have more of a personal touch than other agencies, and I was very happy that our purchase was with them.
We had a slightly protracted purchase time, but I found that Simon Goldin was very helpful and reassuring all the way through which was especially good as we were first time buyers.
When we decide to sell our flat we wouldn't hesitate to use them.
