The service provided by Goldin Lemcke was exceptional (and by Simon Lemcke, in particular). They were extremely professional, hard working and efficient. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.
Comment on agent fees
Goldin Lemcke worked extremely hard for their fee. The sale collapsed twice and became a drawn our process (due to survey issues). Simon did a great job of keeping the whole process afloat and keeping us all informed. They were immediately there with alternative people to view the property and in the end we were extremely pleased with the final outcome.
