A very poor service worked for the tenant more than the poor sod who pays them their high (15%) commission rate. Telephone manner is rude and inpatient as well. Kept me in the dark about the true state of the garden for example: overgrown and plants slowly damaging the fabric of the house. The checks carried out were cursory and failed to stop the gradual decline of the property.
