Nic helped sell my property quickly after moving from a different Estate Agent. He knew the area well and was instrumental in providing useful information to my buyers. The feedback from the team was always positive and kept me in touch with progress. However, the time allowance from the Exchange of Contract to the Completion date was so close it did not allow for certain service providers to meet the deadline. This was probably mainly due to the buyers solicitors not providing sufficient feedback.
Bradleys provided me with a Solicitor, Everys in Exmouth. They were excellent in handling my sale.
I thoroughly recommend Nic and his team at Bradleys. Also, Denise Goulbourn at Everys for the sale of my property. Thank you.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.
