If it was possible I would give them no stars as 1 seems a bit to good for them. Beware tenants and landlords. When you look at there properties they may seem nice but they are not as nice as they seem. We rented a property and within a month we were ill and the house was mouldy. We were paying a lot of money and it was really not worth it. Landlords beware they may offer cheap rates but there is a reason for this they do not do thorough checks that more professional letting agents do. There referencing is so quick and they check hardly nothing compared to other agents. We have rented a few times and there referencing is a joke. If you have any problems they are extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I no longer have to deal with them but please for you one sake do not use them. The worst property I have ever lived in and by no means cheap rent.
