Kevin Buckingham started well, very keen to 'test the market' with a very ambitious price but then we did all the work with reviews, suggested price changes etc. from the outset I insisted they were the experts, I don't mind paying for advice or fees for this expertise but you lead on this...... good online system to see the viewings etc. but nothing else.
This is still in the process of selling so we moved to the sales progression unit (a misnomer) and it didn't get any better with insensible letters that their own staff don't understand when queried. we were going to Connells when the last offer came in and frankly Kristobel cooper played a blinder to keep us. I have 8 further properties to sell over the next 24 months and none of them will be going here.

for example still waiting a week after the last email promising an update from the buyers solicitors.

good news is we linked to Chartahouse through them as Solictiors. They are very very efficient and we will retain their services.
What agent could do to change your mind?
realistic and meaningful pricing and revision. when you say you will update do so. get my details correct. Its only a name but attention to detail is important especially after several reminders.
