bit of a joke from the start. the letting girl is very young and in my honest opinion isnt very good at her job, she seems like she doesnt want to be their and cant be botherd to be helpfull! she is the only letting agent there so you have no choice but to go through her. she takes so long to get back to you with anything, even if important and allways seems very snooty, not friendly like youd hope for.
we were allways the ones asking questions.. having not used a letting agency befor we didnt no what to expect.. well expect to not be told everythin and for you to have to ask anythin you may want to know!
we were hurred round when we asked for a viewing - apparently the girl was in a hurry an she had other things to do! i think she shoud have sorted her diary out a little better so we had more than 5 minutes to look round it properly! also she didnt seem to know alot about the area?
i called once with a few more questions, a different woman answered and was very, very rude to me.
i woud not use this company and would recommend anyone else to use them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
