Awful customer care. They are quick to take your money but don't care at all when it comes to any problems that need sorting. Reported a problem at the beginning of our tenancy which took over 3 months of chasing until something actually got done. Reported another fault a year later and was told someone would be round to fix it the same day as it was serious (leaking boiler fluid), however they never came and I have not heard anything since I reported the problem 2 months ago. Luckily a friend had a lot of experience so was able to help sort the problem. Disgusting that Darby and Liffen chose to ignore a problem that could potentially put people lives at risk. They are quick to chase you up about things that involve payment or renewals, however when it comes to anything else they just don't care at all. I am betting that the landlord would not be best pleased to know how this company acts and that they are ignoring problems which could lead to huge repair bills and potential injuries to others, especially given the amount that he pays them for their 'service'! They are all about the money, nothing else. Its a real shame.
