Accurate prediction of house valuation and house sold within the first day it went live on the internet. Julia was very clear in negotiating the right price for the sale. I felt Julia was the most honest member of the team when problems with property came up on the search and negotiating with purchasers. For me, it's not about getting a sale at all costs, it's about honesty.
In hindsight I wish I hadn't gone with Bradleys all inclusive conveyancing deal. Pianos told me it would be about £50 but it was over £250 and once I said I would do it, I felt committed even though I had a cooling off period. Bradleys sorted me out with a great Solicitor and I knew what was happening before ever being informed as part of the all inclusive deal.
