We put our house under offer and used the Llandeilo branch to buy a property. At all times we kept them informed of our progress and our intentions on the property we wanted to buy. We made several offers, the last on the 5th July - they did not respond. On the 14th July we were told he was 'too busy to talk to us'. They lied to us when they said only one person in the office was dealing with the property we wanted - that no-one else could negotiate on it. A few days later we had a call from a different negotiator to say a new buyer was interested and had offered more that us and even when we beat it we were not helped in any way. They did not give due care to us as propsective buyers. I would actively avoid this estate agent.
