The agents took over from a different agent in Okehampton who were trying to sell my property who had overvalued the property and used inexperienced staff to show possible buyers round the property. Bradleys gave an honest valuation, dealt with viewers adequately, kept regular contact, and responded swiftly with to queries. During the sale they kept me up to date regularly with everything I needed to know. I would certainly use them again.

The agents fees were higher than some cheaper options but the final selling price achieved was much higher than the suggested marketing price of the "cheap" agents so even after the fees we were still well ahead of the competition.
