AVOID THESE PEOPLE!!! Absolute Disgrace! I rented a property for 6 months. They are great when you are handing over money, as soon as it comes to returning money, they don't want to know, I was chasing my deposit for 3 weeks, they then come up with the excuse of changing service provider for the delay! What a load of crap! As soon as I tell them I am coming down to pay a visit, the cheque appears! Absent of over £160!!! They quoted a carpet clean that I must do, which is in the contract, originally quoted £85, then charge me more saying that they had £95 'written down' well if I have £10 written down does that make it £10??? A price was agreed then changed! I spent 5 days scrubbing the flat, it was immaculate upon leaving, they then said that upon inspection, there was left over washing detergent in the washing machine draw and food left in the dishwasher (a dishwasher which I did not use once in 6 months) and washing detergent in the draw???? Really???!!! They then charged me £10 for this to be rectified, apparently an hours work! Upon moving in, they handed me a button that didn't work to the parking gate, and my letterbox had no face, meaning my personal and private information was available to anyone! On verbal requests to fix, they never did! Avoid these thieves at all costs! They squeeze every penny out of you they possibly can! Avoid at all costs! They are disgraceful and full of crap and excuses!
