They are terrible and unfair. The first thing is that they are raising the price after half a year. I had this situation and know some other people which have the same. They are raising the price as they know that you will have to agree anyway as moving again is expensive. This is very unfair from their side. Other problem is that they were really treating me about the deposit when I gave my notice and saying that they will check every square inch of the house. Woman responsible for that said that she will take a white glowes and check the dust on everything. Like in laboratory! Dealing with them is a horror. Slow response, never nothing fixed even those things that they promised to fix before I agreed on renting. They were lieing that they have sent all the information to the electricity and gas provider but they didn't and I have had some problems later. Generally not well educated stuff there. Don't expect professional approach. Don't be tricked by their sales type nice people that will say to you literally everything to let you the house.
What agent could do to change your mind?
