DO NOT USE¢â‚¬Â¦¢â‚¬Â¦ DO NOT USE ¢â‚¬Â¦¢â‚¬Â¦ DO NOT USE
A completely unprofessional, insensitive and conceited group of people right from the initial contact where we were told ¢â‚¬Å“You'll be lucky¢â‚¬Â to get a place, to the abruptness and ignorance of the receptionist.
The initial shock of being treated with such contempt should have been enough to tell me there was something wrong, but their selection of properties on the website and RightMove is impressive so you put it down to them all having a bad day. But you soon find out than virtually none of the advertised properties exist.
Once you find a place, be careful because what they show you and what they give you on printed material is far from accurate and often completely different places.
Even when you have paid the deposit things are far from secure, my own experience is that I paid the deposit and with 3 days before I was due to move in I was told via an early morning phone call that ¢â‚¬Å“the water tank had exploded¢â‚¬Â and flooded the entire flat¢â‚¬Â, therefore with the same contempt I was told I wouldn't be able to move in.
No alternative, no support just a comment ¢â‚¬Å“well these things happen¢â‚¬Â, it was only by pushing them did they offer an alternative which as above wasn't what was advertised a dump and stank.
They offered no timeframes as to when the ¢â‚¬Å“flood¢â‚¬Â would be repaired and never answered any questioned related to the ¢â‚¬Å“flood¢â‚¬Â you then realise that there ¢â‚¬Å“Hotel Model¢â‚¬Â of short stays and no contract applies to every property, so this means that if somebody comes in and wants your property for a month or a few weeks they will pay a premium / double and the person on the longer term lease paying less gets in their words ¢â‚¬Å“fudged off¢â‚¬Â.
Use at you own risk !!!!!!
