Appalling!
Tenants treated with complete disregard. Communication is terrible, if you raise an issue with them you just don\'t hear back and constantly have to chase to get anywhere. Ask anyone on the coopers yard estate who lets from them, you will hear plenty of stories and I doubt you could find 1 positive report.
They are great at the sales part, once you are a tenant you go through to separate, very poor staff. There is only 1 of them who actually seems to be able to respond and do their job.
Also be wary of what they tell you in the sales pitch, a lot of it turned out to be BS.
If you have the choice, DO NOT chose them. Pathetically bad.
