Polite helpful agent, good time keeper and didn't feel rushed when viewing.
Office staff also very considerate during the purchase.
Contacted manager after purchase as one detail in the brochure was inaccurate. Listed as having two outside sockets, not actually the case. Although manager visited the property and met with occupant, not myself I do not believe any apology was provided. A little disappointing.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review Bradleys, Honiton and for your kind words. We always strive to give a top service both to our vendors and applicants. In this instant a small oversight or error occurred when describing this detail. This was also not picked up by the vendor when validating the details. I didn’t apologise in writing but took it upon myself to visit the property and explain in person. I did convey an apology at the property after realising that the external waterproof power supply was indeed a covered, grey all weather light switch. Again my humble apologies and hope that it has not in any way detracted from our service to you.
