I instructed Bacon & Co in Broadwater in May 2014 after a local resident recommended them to me. They found me a buyer within 2 days of marketing. The buyer was chain free and Bacon & Co did all the relevant checks to make sure they were in a strong position to proceed. I couldn't exchange contracts till 6th august due to the property being occupied by my tenants. The property exchanged contracts on 6th August as discussed from the beginning of putting the sale in hand. I put this down to the excellent customer service and attention to detail that Bacon & Co provide particularly Scott and Ben. I can honestly say in my many years of buying and selling homes I have never dealt with a more professional company. Not once did Scott or Ben leave me wondering how my sale was progressing. They have a real honest caring approach which is so refreshing to see considering the bad press agents sometimes get. If you want to sell your home for the best price, and feel comfortable that your agent will act in your best interest then I would recommend Bacon & Co in Broadwater every day. Thank you Scott, Ben and all the team at Bacon & Co.
