We had half a Saturday of looking around prospective houses back in October with Anne who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the properties even though she wasn't from the local branch. Unfortunately our sale wasn't a quick transaction and so we then had to have another day of looking at prospective houses in march. Again it was a Saturday and who should turn up to show us around but Ann. She remembered us from our earlier search and even had knowledge of what happened to all the houses we had previously looked around. When we wanted to have a 2nd look at a property on the Monday evening, after work so quite late they were happy to accommodate us. This time it was Chris Davis who came to show us around, he had obviously been informed by Ann of our details as he had good knowledge of our views from the 1st viewing, Our offer went in that evening and we got a call from Chris very early the next day to say it had been accepted. The purchase went through very smoothly so there was no need for any further contact until we picked up the keys which was very quick and easy. Would highly recommend
