LIFE have responded above trying to pin the delayed return of our deposit on the MyDeposits dispute process. While it is true that the dispute process takes time, it ignores and shifts blame away from why we had to dispute our deposit in the first place. LIFE were completely unreasonable in their deductions, trying to charge over the odds for cleaning and repairs following a tenancy marred by unkept promises and an evasive, incompetent property manager - something MyDeposits agreed with us on. When i moved in I didn’t find table and chairs and I had to wait 1 month to get one because “they have to wait for landlord’s approval” and my manager at the time suggested me to eat on the sofa.
