Currently in an uphill battle to return our deposit, given no reason to withhold the full amount and pushing them to return the undisputed part. We have never caused the landlord any trouble and always paid our rent on time.

The pattern all through the tenancy is very quick and efficient to chase money but when it came to repairs they were very slow and sent people around that didn't manage to fix things properly.

Their property management team have not met a single date for resolving the return of our deposit (even ones they set themselves), often ducks calls and do not reply to emails. Hayley Bellfield is particularly bad - she flat out wouldn't reply to email complaints about the flat and is almost impossible to get hold of directly.

Would not recommend or use them again.
