we take all complaints very seriously and would have liked the opportunity to discuss the content of your review in person. However, as our company complaints procedure has not been followed correctly in this case, then I would like to draw your attention to the following points: the Kingstons website (www.kingstons.co.uk) as well as the tenant handbook (which works in conjunction with the tenancy agreement) details everything in respect of the handling and returning of your bond deposit.
