So rude, hid property defects like poss subsidence and once challenged by solicitor was advised seller was withdrawing due to unreasonable questions being asked. Thank you for expressing a view. Its a great shame that you did not discuss any dissatisfaction with us or myself personally. The two ladies who handle the sales progressing in our office are hugely passionate, dedicated, experienced and patient individuals who can never be described as rude. However, we are not legal conveyancers and whilst we operate an extremely high level of due diligence, we cannot sadly predict how information and any defects will be interpreted by a buyers solicitor. Vendor Fees

Fees vary from 1% + VAT to 3% + VAT subject to a minimum fee of £4000 + VAT. Fees are based on the property price and can be adjusted to a sliding scale, should the client choose which is based on our success. The upper level fees are based on joint agency services where we work with a likeminded, reputable agent of choice and this fee is then split on a moiety basis irrespective of the introducer. This is often beneficial to the Country House sector which requires wider marketing.

Fees can also subject to the guide price being within 5% of our experienced advice and are reflected on the overall value of the property. Please contact us to tailor the marketing specific to your property and where we can discuss the presentation, photography and EPC options – some of which requires prepayment. Our marketing (advertising) is inclusive of the fee quoted. Options are available for additional products and National advertising (excluding those as standard) which can be sourced through our Mayfair Office at greatly reduced rates.

We consider Zoe Napier Group to be competitive in their fee structure, but equally do check when comparing fees as to what is included in the quotation, together with the experience behind it. We don’t work for everyone, but those we work for are frequently pleased with the price achieved.
