If I could rate this company no stars I would! Absolutely hopeless. I used to let out my property through them. Worse ever decision. Still trying to get through all their mistakes. To be honest I should of realised from how cheap they are. Don't be fooled! Had tenant there and they were there for a year, had students in there the next year, but used the inventory from the year before, unsigned!! Don't know who it was who showed me around the properties, but she could not have been less interested. Treated with complete indifference. The woman could not have cared less, no eye contact, no feedback. Pretty dismissive of me as a customer altogether.. If I were selling a house, I would not use this estate agent....

Jessica belongs to the school of estate agents who believe their own lies. Do not attempt to buy anything from this estate agency as judging by the actions of this young lady they are totally dishonourable. We wasted time in providing proof of funds just so that she can play "who will pay the most money for a property" game. Hi Zana Thank you for your comments. I am most disappointed to hear you were not successful in buying the property. When we are dealing with other offers we try to be as fair as possible and offer you the chance to come back with your very best offer. As you withdrew from the process the seller went with the other party. We act in the vendors best interests and this was the way they wished for this to be handled. Kamlesh - good for you if you find Jessica honest and open however you have no idea of what took place. It is commendable that somebody who lives in NW1 (which I believe is in London) has such close contact with a Leicester Estate Agent and springs to her defence!!! For your information this was not a case of "sour grapes" as Jessica spoke with the vendor and our offer was ACCEPTED - based on a sum that the Vendor was willing to accept and was HIGHER than our original offer. Shocking service, Julie made mistake after mistake. Email correspondences were full of typos - including paperwork for the solicitors which even had an incorrect agreed sale price!! this alone nearly cost us over ฦ’ร†โ€™ยขรขโ€šยฌร…ยกฦ’รขโ‚ฌลกโ€š£1000.00. We complained to the owner Mr Humphries who was rude and arrogant - we wanted to withdraw our property. We are renting a property through Barkers at the moment and have been for the past 2 years. They are also in charge of managing the property however from our experience they've done anything but. Be better and faster at dealing with issues especially when it comes to basic sanitation!
Comment on agent fees
If a company charges a management fee in the rent then it should be obliged to manage the property or to remove the fee and stop misleading landlords and tenants alike.

The staff here are so unhelpful. We have had to chase them repeatedly and even after a year of trying to get my Dads washing machine replaced (he is a tenant of theirs too), it still has not been seen to. I went in today to drop off a credit report and was made to feel I was bothering them and was then asked if I could pay the rent and bond, even though my friends credit check has not et cone back and was totally beside the point of why I went in there in the first place. They messed me about for two weeks on a property. They did not show up for the viewing. When I finally viewed the house I made an offer, it was rejected, I then offered the full price, and they told me the only thing I had to do was to go apply for the mortgage and pay the solicitor because everything was in place. We applied for a House in a lovely area, the house was dated and needed lots of redecorating. The price was reasonable. After a week of messing us about, they told us the Landlord was wanting another £50 per month in rent. Stay clear....

Lovely staff before you sign the contract, immediately afterwards they become rude, obstructive, and even though I left the property almost two months ago, they still refuse to return my deposit despite completing a positive check of the property prior to me leaving. The company is criminal in my opinion, and are not acting lawfully. Please consider the safety of your money before dealing with them....

What agent could do to change your mind?
I had to jump through all kinds of hoops for them, and they have done nothing for me. If they actually returned my deposit, this would mean I could move on with my life, rather than the added strain of wondering when they decide to return my money, which I didnt' delay for them when I signed the contract.
