Dear Melanie, I sent a copy of the above to a number of executives at your Head office. I did receive one response, in which there is a partial apology for some of the issues, and excuses and reasons why some of the other issues occurred. BE UPFRONT AND HONEST WITH MUCH BETTER COMMUNICATION LOCALLY. LOCAL AGENT WAS GOOD BUT AFTER THAT IT WAS DOWNHILL ALL THE WAY.
