Let within 24 Hours at £60 a month more than my expected rental income... it hardly matters what the fee was... you get what you pay for and the fee was well worth it.

Fees are extortionate: ƒâ€š‚£416 admin fees (for 2 people) plus ƒâ€š‚£55 inventory fee, plus deposit (usually one month or a month-and-a-half's rent) plus first month's rent upfront. BAD
