I was a tenant in the Stansted area and Savills Bishops Stortford was the agency. I was misled in terms of aircraft noise by both landlord and Savills. On check-in I was confronted with a poorly cleaned house and absolutely filthy cooker. It took the landlord over 2 weeks to rectify the cooker and Savills were of no use. The landlord was appalling and Savills seemingly unable to get him to do what a normal landlord should do eg gas and electricity safety checks and certificates on check-in. Furt...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more impartial between tenant and landlord. Insisted that the landlord actually fulfils his obligations.
