I was a tenant in the Stansted area and Savills Bishops Stortford was the agency. I was misled in terms of aircraft noise by both landlord and Savills. What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more impartial between tenant and landlord. Insisted that the landlord actually fulfils his obligations.
