Fees were slightly higher however I wasn’t looking for the cheapest approach I wanted excellent proactive customer service and that’s what I got. I did find the fee structure a bit frustrating and stressful so my only recommendation would be for that to be a bit more transparent and consistent.

Although slightly more expensive than some Estate Agents and their competitors, I strongly feel that you get what you pay for in this industry and I believe in order to achieve the best results you have to look and take into account what services you are getting for the fees you are paying, I would rather pay slightly higher fees knowing I am getting a great service and that the sale of my property is with an experienced company with a track record of outperforming other agents.
