The fees weren't the cheapest quotation that we found, however they include dealing with multiple offers without further cost and as we had an initial attempt to buy that failed after some engagement I did feel that we had very good value for money.

the fees for the range of price my flat sat at, were fine. Gary wrote in a sub clause protecting me from the standard fee rate if we did not meet the average percentage figure the company boast for sale of flats in the area, so for me it really was a no brainer- you really get your moneys worth with him, and the team, its well worth it.
