What agent could do to change your mind?

It would have been better if they had taken due care of our property when they were accompanying viewers and made us feel they were acting for us and not the prospective buyers. We must have spoken to every member of staff and none of them seemed to be fully informed as to our property.

What agent could do to change your mind?

Negotiated a better deal for my purchase - too quick to want me to up my offer with no thought or consideration as to the condition of the property etc. Did not seem to have much knowledge or understanding, but if he was new to the job, then surely he should have been mentored by more experienced staff. Offer agreed between me and my vendor's agent, who was very fair minded to both me and his client. Once done, all communication and advice came from them; they even liaised with my mortgage adviser so things could be speeded up. I feel I should be paying them a fee!! As previously stated, I was still being offered properties to look at a few days before I moved. This must show how inadequate the service was. Can I have a refund?
